If I could give this place less than one star I would! How incompetent the staff is. My boyfriend and I drive in from California, an over 10 hour trip from where we came from to move here. We got in around 2 am so instead of trying to unpack and sleeping on a floor and not showering (we really needed one) we decided to stay at a cheap hotel. We came here and got told it would only cost us $67 for the night, I thought it was still a high price for only 9 hours since the checkout was at noon (we got to the hotel at 3) but I would rather pay that rate and get to shower. The front desk person does not tell us there will be any added fees, nothing, he tells us that is all we will be charged. So when I wake up this morning with a piece of paper under our door saying we will be charged $81 I am FURIOUS. So I get dressed and go down to the front desk hoping they will address the issue and since it was a mistake on their part only charge us what we were originally told we would be charged, but the manager proceeded to tell me that they will not take away those charges and we will be responsible for paying them. I WOULD HAVE RATHER SLEPT ON MY EMPTY APARTMENT FLOOR WITH NO SHOWER THAN HAVE STAYED HERE FOR THAT PRICE!!!! I would recommend staying somewhere else, this place clearly doesn't know how to do their job and don't mind messing with people's money. Customer service is obviously not something they do not take seriously.
