Back in 2005, we were visiting Scottsdale and went online searching for new places to visit. Their website is extensive, designs extraordinary. So we stopped in-just to look. Two hours later, we walked out leaving the diamond from engagement ring, to be placed in one of the shop's settings and have a matching wedding band created.
We've returned several times since. No matter if 'just looking', having my rings cleaned or buying a new piece, we've always been treated as if the most important customers in the shop. Gauthier is a high-end, beautiful shop. I'd like to say, for the second time, we have always been treated as if one of their most important and frequent customers. Everyone is met with a smile, and attentive service, no matter what your budget.
Yesterday I came in to have my pieces cleaned and appraised. Holly and Alexandra (Alex) helped us. While the rings were in the back, where I could watch them being cleaned and polished, Holly and Alex were very happy to chat, bring out items and answer questions.
I cannot say enough about Gauthier. If you are shopping for a special piece, or 'just looking' please take the time to stop by. They're moving to a new Scottsdale location in the coming months, for now still on Marshall Way. There's a second location in the Kierland Commons near the Westin Resort. A third in Santa Barbara as well, tho I've not visited that location.
