Just took a vinyasa class outside in their Zen garden and it is absolutely my favorite studio in Vegas. The space is beautiful - a little oasis in the desert. The people were super natural, down to earth, and friendly. The class was a pretty standard Vinyasa class with Alexa, but she gave us a slow burn, injected funny little anecdotes, and turned the basics into something special. I previously lived in Santa Monica, and was used to the incredible yoga community there, but have found most of the places here to be hot, competitive, bootcamp style yoga, which really doesn't appeal to me. This studio is the perfect blend of fitness and spirituality and I will definitely be back with friends. Thanks Alexa!!
