I have had many MrI in several states , tonight I was at Simon Med in Peoria .
I have some mild claustrophobia,it is not horrendous but I do need to gather myself for tight spaces .
Like any facility Simon Med is busy and time is crucial . The tech tonight was named Jillian and whether from training or simply being an outstanding person she could see I needed a moment to be ready ,
Jillian was very professional and patient she didn't pry or ignore my tension . In short she handled my scan and my tension perfectly . In the end we finished ahead of schedule
Simon Med and their patients are very lucky to have her .
