I was almost turned away by the negative reviews for this dentist, but I had a great experience! I have not been to the dentist in over 5 years, so I was really nervous about going. Sandy, the receptionist, was very sweet and helpful, and I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Since I was a new patient, I had to have an exam and x-ray done first, and then I was able to schedule the cleaning for a few days later. When I arrived, the office was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and immediately put me at ease. I really appreciated how Dr. Spurling explained the procedures beforehand and discussed pricing in a way that was easy to understand. I have insurance, so everything was covered except for a $5 copay for each visit and an additional $5 for the cleaning. I was really impressed with the staff and the services I received, and I will definitely recommend this dentistry to others.
