No stars for Womens East valley Medical group. Older lady never greeted me when entering for my very first visit, instead she helped another person on the phone for 10 plus minutes. I arrived by220 She finally called my name to complete paper work for "NewPatient," when she mentioned I should have been there at 2 pm for a 330 appoint! Ridiculous - How long does it take to input paper work?! Bad customer service, short and unhelpful and at the end she stated all 3 patients are going before me and she gave me a 3 hour window, if they could squeeze me in. Needless to say They won't see me again!!
