She has very flexible hours and offers multiple massage types. I recommend both that I have tried - relaxation massage and hot stone massage. While this is not a large spa style experience, this is an individual business owner, and she delivers a very good massage. She has expertise about the muscles and nerves and I have been very happy with it - also the prices cannot be beat! It's not a group experience, but it is perfect if you want to be able to have frequent massages to help with healing, pain, or just relaxation. Again you can't beat her prices.
