My brand new car was damaged at this facility recently. The owner took my information and promised he would have his footage reviewed and would call me back to let me know what he saw- the whole time assuring me he's never paid a claim in 7-8 years.
I've not heard a word.
I have video proof that my car was fine just prior to pulling into this lot that day.
Please think twice prior to using this facility, granted my car was not harmed intentionally but never the less the damage was done and no responsibility was taken.
Very disappointed.
I can get the damage repaired cheaper and faster than pursuing this through the courts, but felt it my civic duty to post my experience.
