The apartments have been remodeled and are quite nice, and the grounds are pleasant. They have good amenities, I especially appreciate the dog park. Management and I had some miscommunications during move-in but they have shown they work hard for their residents and all my issues have been addressed. The location is perfect. It's half way between MCC and ASU and right next to Tempe Marketplace, Mesa Riverview, and the Cubs stadium. Tempe Town Lake is just down the road too, which is nice.
The buildings are older, so the walls are thin so be aware if you live on the first floor you're going to hear your upstairs neighbors when they walk around. That's the only negative I have! It's a good place, I like it.
