We were passing through town and checked Yelp and found this wonderful German restaurant. In addition to the delicious food, they have outstanding service. All the people we interacted with were genuinely interested in their jobs and had the owner mentality. We had the soup which was authentic and not laden with filler like flour or cornstarch. We had a variety of sausages with kraut and German potatoes. We also enjoyed a pre dinner salad which was exceptional. One really nice thing was that they waited for us to finish our salad before bringing the soup, then waited for us to finish the soup before bringing the main entre'. We will stop here again next time!
