After renovating our house completely less than a year ago- we were disappointed to find one of the bathroom toilets leaking into our kitchen ceiling. Joe came out promptly after calling him- and considering we were not a former customer, we were extremely pleased with the sense of urgency he gave us. He was on time, courteous and beyond professional. He assessed the problem quickly and repaired the problem at a fair and reasonable price. Most impressive of all, he wrote us a hand written thank you note. We are customers for life!
