I went and got a gel fill and gel pedicure last Sunday and won't go back. They did my nails okay, but I felt rushed the entire time. I walked in for my appointment and was told to pick a color but before even being able to pick my color they rushed me over the the pedicure chair. When Kellie came to do my pedicure she asked me what color I wanted and I explained I didn't have time to pick one and she said well you should have said something and I told her I didn't know what I was supposed to say as it seemed to be a rush to get me to my chair and she said uhh that you need to pick a color still. It wasn't what she said to me that bothered me it was how she said it. Then, while doing my nails she asked me if I wanted them shorter and I stated yes as short as you can get them and she said "you mean to the nuns?" again with the attitude. I wouldn't go back due to the fact that their costumer service isn't where it should be.
