I am still getting bullied by my former apartment complex (Villas at Cave Creek) and they are arguing over the move out invoice. Since I was kicked out, I should not be paying for carpet cleaning, especially since they are replacing carpet due to their reason, "extensive renovations." That is called stealing. I sent a partial payment (even though I do not agree) as I am on a fixed income and they literally told me today they are returning my check since it is not the amount they want. Who turns down money?! Again, they are bullies. Do not rent from them!
