I grew up on Tim Horton's so I am partial to it but this is the worst Tim Horton's on the planet. The service is always laughably bad (at least in the evenings when I visit). If you want to hear ladies arguing and gossiping with each other in Punjabi when they should be taking your order this is the place to go!
