My friends and I came here last weekend for a birthday. It was during a snow storm so the place was empty. There were about 12 of us in total and we were all there to have a good time so it didn't matter that it was empty. I would have given this place 4 stars if it wasn't for the way the co-owner, Arman Khatim, handled the coat check girls losing one of my friends coats. The girls clearly gave my friends coat away to someone else (I'm not sure how considering the place was empty and there weren't that many coats to begin with). We had to wait for about 45 mins for Arman to show up after which he did nothing to help my friend. Thank goodness we parked right in front of the club. He offered him no compensation other than someone else's old lost jacket. Later in the week Arman contacted my friend saying that he didn't actually see him on the security cameras and offered him nothing but bottle service. Terrible management and customer service. I love the music at this bar but this place is run by douchebags who don't know how to run a business.
