I was very apprehensive about getting an implant for my missing tooth.
Surgery? It sounded very scary. I scheduled my consultation and met Dr. Butura. He explained everything in detail of what would happen in the surgery and the timeline for the implant and getting my new crown. He is a very personable, nice doctor who is patient and speaks to you so you can understand everything in layman's terms. The procedure only took 30 minutes (like he said) and it was painless. I had all the pain medications filled at the pharmacy and only ended up taking 1 of the pain meds.
His staff is very friendly. The front receptionist always smiles when you walk in the door and knows who you are. She always finds a way to compliment you (such as an article of clothing). The xray/assistant person is extremely nice and competent. I told her she had a nice bedside manner and she said "I just treat people the way I want to be treated." She made me feel like I was in very good hands. The person checking me out is also very nice and knowledgeable on insurance and payments and scheduling your next appointment.
I give them 5 stars for being nice, friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and timely. It was a very pleasant experience (which I hope I never have to repeat).
