Hmmm... its big... classes available(if thats your thing) a babysitting service avavilable ( but I dont know the prices). Just visiting so drop in prices are$15. wish it wasnt so but I need to go to keep me sane in this city.
Treadmills are kind of old-ish... it doesnt run as smooth as i'd like but I'm particular. Bring your own lock as its not supplied.
The machines are kind of old. The cables are sticky like if you know what i mean. But there is plenty of room to move around. I'm sure this place gets busy after work but in the morning around 10 ish when i went it was not so bad. There are many cable machines, and actually what you probably need for a great workout.
a few of the ppl running the check ins were quite nice but one not so friendly. But thats normal. Its a gym. I just want good machines and weights. I do like this place and if I lived in town I would join. I just wished there was a option to pay for a week pass for out of town visitors...
Anyways, i should comment tho on boys. Really women dont tend to like being suffocated... but what can I say . I've got great muscles :) so i expect some to stare.
