We were very impressed with the design and execution of the plan. The mounding of soils around the yard and the installation of the travertine pavers is exactly what we had anticipated. The crews were very conscientious and willing to make the small adjustments we requested. However the installation of the soft scape could use some review. Based on the supervisors comments prior to installation, we had expected both soil amendments and fertilizer would be added to the planting holes prior to the placement of the new nursery stock. Neither of products were added. In addition emitters were not placed on the ends of any of the drip lines.
We have not discussed these problems with the company but do anticipate at least some of them will be addressed. Overall we are very pleased with the results.
