Visited Carolinas Friday morning for some of their breakfast burritos. There was a long line which is always a good sign. I ordered 4 breakfast burritos. 3 of them with Chorizo, egg, potato and beans. And 1 with with machaca. The burritos were small and pricey but very good. The potatoes were a tad hard so maybe needed a little more cooking but overall burrito was great. My brother had the machaca burrito and he was raving at how good it was. It definitely had alot of meat so they didn't skimp. The tortillas are hand made so definitely enhanced the taste. They also sell handmade flour tortillas for you to take home. Might have to pick me up a few dozen to take back to California. Overall was satisfied with the food as they have a great breakfast. The place itself was very busy and looked a bit messy. I took our food to go so can't comment on the location ambience. Recommended!
