I went to get my Scion serviced and I stopped and asked an employee where I was, like I got lost. Keep in mind I asked 2 people before and they were just vague and made me feel stupid for not knowing where to go, this employee was very nice, he got me to where I needed to be and also asked how I was doing and we had nice little personal conversation. It's the little things like that that make you feel like a valued customer and not just another person in the building. I made sure to ask his name and position because I was impressed with his service and told him I was gonna Yelp him. I can't remember his last name for the life of me but his first name is Nick and he said he was a service cashier. 5 star employee for sure!!! Thank you.
