If you are looking for a hot tub save your time, come here 1st, compare elsewhere if you need to, but start with a competent sales person who is invested more in making sure that you are happy, than in making you spend 40% above your budget. I came in and Ray and Cheryl helped me find the perfect entry level hot tub, right at what I had budgeted. Even better than that though they explained WHY certain tubs are better than others (I WAS looking at a Costco tub before I came in) and what you should look for in good tub, even before I signed anything. Delivery was a breeze, very professionally handled, and their service team is great. Christina coordinated everything and kept in touch throughout the whole process.
