Very disappointed of an unprofessional cashier staff here. Lazy? Discrimination? There was a small line at the cashiers, so we were waiting for our turn. When our turn came (the staff should know it too), all of the sudden, without saying any words to us, the staff left our register and started to talk to next register's staff. We waited for a while, but the staff didn't come back. OK, this is how Trader Joe's treats a customer... We decided not to buy. After we left the register, the staff come back as nothing happen, and took newly arrived customer. Well, usually, at this type of philosophy's business, I have had good experience: kind, friendly, attentive and/or well-trained staffs. So, I was very surprised at and also disappointed of the poor service and unpleasant experience.
