Came here with my husband while on a little mini vacation visiting family in the area. This wasn't our first reflexology massage. In fact, we are originally from Seattle/Tacoma where these establishments are everywhere. We can't say this was one of our better massages. We opted for the 90min combo here. We had been asked to change into their shirt and shorts which was different, so I had high hopes. But...I was immediately put off by the fact that they had you put your feet in the water tub and lay back. Everywhere else I've been, you sit with your feet soaking while they work your neck and shoulders before having you lay down. Laying down with your knees bent like that is not ergonomic and put too much pressure on my lower back. I came in with neck pain, and without that initial neck rub while sitting, that area became an oversight as it's hard to get to laying down. My husband wasn't too impressed, but such is his luck when he refuses a male masseuse and wonders why there's not enough pressure from a tiny woman. Overall, it was still a good way to spend 90minutes.
