We had them pump the tank today. The service man had a terrible attitude such that he spoke down to us and spoke over me. It was disappointing because I would have liked to use them to do additional work being as they had become familiar with the property. Now, I have to search elsewhere.
Onto the next bad incident with AAA Ajax... when I called the office to pay the invoice, (I needed 3-4 minutes to go get the card) the office gal told me that I was holding up the driver's day but yet she couldn't even tell me how much my bill was.
While this may sound small, it was an overall sentiment of not being able to communicate nicely with the customer. It breaks my heart that this still exists out there! Sorry AAA Ajax, you were an epic fail!
