I was not fortunate enough to have a great experience described by some of the other reviewers. I made an appointment at the Avondale office because it is close to my home and advertised extended hours. The latest appointment I was able to get was 5:20 pm. I left work early to make the appointment. I was five minutes late due to an accident that shut the freeway down to one lane. When I arrived at the office I apologized profusely for my tardiness and asked if there was any way I could still be seen. The front desk representative I was speaking with asked her colleague if it would be possible. Her colleague glared at me and said I would need to reschedule. The representative I was speaking with followed-up with her colleague asking if it would be ok if she checked with the Doctor to see if they may be willing to take me. This time her colleague turned to her and said in a raised voice "I said she will have to reschedule". Needless to say, I did not reschedule. While I understand I was a bit late to the appointment, there was definitely a more professional way this could have been handled. My overall rating is low due to the rude woman at the front desk who was completely unwilling to attempt to help however, I do give credit to the young woman who attempted to be helpful.
