This is a wedge of Chicago in Las Vegas. I try to swing through once a week just to get a quick injection of cholesterol. The people are amazing EVERYTIME I've gone in. The fries are perfectly done each and every time. The Chicago style hot dogs are pretty close to what I had when I was a young man in Chicago. The main difference is that where I went in Chicago had wedges of tomato vs slices. Not a big deal, but you know... its kind of like "not how my momma made it" sort of thing. The italian beef is pretty close to spot on. Its a little less spice than Al's in Chicago. My recommended way of having it is "wet", with sweet peppers and I almost always add the melted cheese. Hopefully my cardiologist isn't reading this.
