I visited Au Pied de Cochon with a group of friends and had a wonderful experience. I started with the Foie Gras Poutine. This was some of the best poutine I have ever tried. The French fries were soft with a little crispiness and topped with rich gravy, creamy cheese curds and a generous portion of melt in your mouth Foie Gras. For the entrée I had the Duck in a Can. The duck was tender and stuffed with a slab of creamy Foie Gras and braised in a flavorful rich sauce. Overall, Au Pied de Cochon is a great choice for a nice dinner.
