I attempted to obtain an AZ state ID from here about two years ago. At the time I was short on both time and money. I needed the ID quickly to get established in this state. The process was simple enough. The wait wasn't bad. They do up the price quite a bit for the "convenience".
However, My ID never came. And when I went in to ask about it, they couldn't have been any more unconcerned. Just a bunch of mean girls sitting behind the window with no (you know whats) to give. They wouldn't offer a replacement, discount, or even any help in tracking down the ID (they kept trying to send me to a post office). At the time, I was receiving my mail from everyone else with no problems.
When I was there, I heard two other customers yelling and upset about the exact same issue.
So in the end I had to go to the DMV anyways. And for half the price, obtained my AZ Drivers license (that actually arrived).
Based on my experience, I can't recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and money. Plus the customer service blows.
