My daughter and I went to Chateux Cheveau recently to get highlights and a hair cut. My daughter was going to be in a pageant about a week later so we wanted to get her highlights touched up in anticipation of the coming event. I can't remember what the hair dresser's name was that did our hair, but I was so upset by the time I left that I didn't even think about asking.
She messed up on my daughter's highlights, making them look yellow (we had asked for her to match the color that was already in her hair- it was carmel blond). I might add it was cartoon character yellow. She ended up fixing them, so I thought, "okay, at least she fixed them." Then I let her continue on to my hair, which wasn't the best judgment call. She ended up using the wrong color! She apologized telling me that someone "switched the tube" on her. She ended up fixing it, but I was already upset. She didnt even comb out my wet hair! She blow dried it a little but never combed it. By that time we had been there for 6 hours! We got there at 1pm and left a little before 7pm. Then, the icing on the cake... she charged me for the color correction that she messed up on (charged me twice even-- for my hair and my daughters)! I was suprised, more like livid! I would never come back here. I have no words to describe the frustration and anger that was generated from that one visit.
