First, we are so thankful that this store exists because children's shoe stores where the associates are knowledgeable and know children's shoes are virtually extinct. Additionally, Suzanne, the associate who helped us, gave us her undivided attention from measuring both of my boys to the time we walked out of the door with four pairs of shoes. She also made sure we had the best shoes for our boys at the best price while also being kind and patient with the kids and our requests. She gave us a 5 star experience. I marked it as 4 stars only because I got the impression that other associates did not work as hard as Suzanne and did not mention the sign-in sheet at the door. For people who have never been there, it is a little confusing. If it could be someone's job to tell everyone to sign in as they come in, that would take care of it. There was a sign on the door, but most people overlooked it. However, once it was our turn, we were 100% taken care of and will absolutely drive the 2.75 hours from VA to come back! Thanks, Suzanne!
