I used the Cleaning Authority for about a year and, like Samantha, had random issues throughout the year. They were always breaking something. They reimbursed me if I replaced the item and was able to prove to them that I did. But, if I was unable to replace the item (ex: knick knacks I purchased abroad), they would not reimburse nor even apologize. They did a meh job at cleaning. Just don't dare complain because the person on the other end of the phone was always VERY rude and uncaring. I think this is a direct reflection of the ownership as the owner is definitely one of the most arrogant people I have ever met.
