This place is its own building/house. Very clean, and the waiting area has water, coffee, and cookies. Yes, I had a cookie (and it was delish)!
I bought a Groupon deal: $31 for 60 minute facial, except it wasn't 60 minutes. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. My appointment was at 5:00pm, but I arrived at 4:45 to fill out paperwork. It didn't take long to fill out paperwork, but I waited until 5:05 to be seen by the esthetician. We were done at 5:45, so my facial was only 40 minutes.
The facial itself was relaxing. They use Dermalogica products. It's not my favorite, but it's a good skin care line. It's very gentle on your skin. Neck, shoulder, and back massage included.
I don't think I would pay full price for a facial here, but $31 is a good deal. It's still worth a try.
