Do not use this company. I waited for 7 hours and they did not show up or call to say they would be delayed, even though I received email and text confirmations. When I called Allstate to let them know that Safelite did not show up, I was told their records showed that the time slot was not available so Safelite actually had no intention of showing up.
This company is the recommended vendor for Allstate Insurance, and I think it's time to switch insurance companies.
