Long story: I recently bought a used car, and the dealership recommended I go to CarMax to trade in my old vehicle to get the best price.
Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who got my quote rolling quickly. The wait wasn't long, but during the inspection there was a clean, comfortable seating area with TVs and a beverage station to relax in.
The quote I got back was fair for the age and condition of my car, and I decided to execute. From there, the process was fast and efficient, with another friendly staff member guiding me through the paperwork. She ensured I was comfortable before signing away the title -- which I was! Upon conclusion, I was given all of my documents and receipts in an organized folder, and they went out with me to inspect the car one last time to make sure I hadn't forgotten any of my belongings.
What more could you ask for? A+!
