I never leave one star reviews unless it's really necessary. My experience here was great at first until I got a loud knock at 8am by the security guard wanting to search my room because some customer was smoking. I didn't really have a choice when I opened the door because he came right in, me in my underwear and all. I was super confused because I was still trying to wake up and realize what was happening...I said "sir, I don't smoke so you have the wrong guy" and he follows that with a "sorry bro, just doing my job checking all the rooms". I called the staff and was complaining about it and they could seriously care less about my feelings and how uncomfortable it was for me. THEN, at 9:30am I get another knock from house keeping even though I have the do not disturb sign out. Come to find out this happened to 3 other guest in my party. Hotel looks cool but staff is not at all. Seriously people, stay somewhere else.
