I called to ask if I could pick up my medical records and blood test results from the staff and the woman on the phone says she'll call me back in a few minutes. An hour goes by and I call back at 4:30; I ask again if I can pick up my things, and she says that the only people that can help me clocked out at 4:30, but they'll call me back in the morning. Again, I have to call them back the next morning and they say they need to email me a release form and they can just email me my records, and they still haven't emailed me, even though I've called them about it multiple times. Glad I'm leaving this place to find somewhere else to go.
