We made a reservation online and accidentally booked the wrong kind of trailer. The people at uhaul were super friendly and accommodating. They just said "no problem" and backed us up to the correct trailer. We didn't even have to go inside to adjust payment. They did it all and sent me a receipt via email. I would definitely use this location for my next move.
