They never closed my account after I went threw the whole proses to end my membership months ago! When I finally tried to resolve the problem they said the only way to close the account was to pay the balance, the balance I had already paid months before. They went ahead and TOOK the money out of my account even though I explained in detail my experience. This used to be a place I would recommend to friends or even strangers, and really do like the facility's. I am so disappointed with the lack of concern by the managment, and the insistence that I pay AGAIN what I've paid already. I really hope I don't have to pay this bill again next month. At this rate, who knows. I guess if you join this gym don't ever quit it and you won't have this problem. Other than that, love the place
