Towed my car at no expense. Charged me less than half what another place was charging for the same repair. Tony was very friendly and helpful, although the turnaround time was fairly slow. To be fair, my repair was fairly involved (timing chain replacement). I didn't need the car, either, so I wasn't calling very much.
