I NEVER write reviews but my experience just trying to book a service here has been a nightmare! I bought a Groupon for 3 shellac manis and 3 pedis so called trying to book an appointment. Called a couple times hoping to talk with someone, but ended up needing to leave a message because no one answered. I got a text back saying I needed to contact the nail tech directly. The first couple times I texted the nail tech it took her forever to respond to me, only to tell me that nothing was available on any of the days I was free. Then the last time texted her she didn't respond at all! So unprofessional. I have contacted Groupon to get my money back. I hate to do this because the Groupon seemed like such a good deal, but it's not worth going through this each time I want to book... Considering I'd even be able to get in for my first appointment...
