I'm a weedman customer and I wanted to take a moment and give credit where credit is due. Jacob Glessing is an outstanding manager and a true advocate to Weedman, the home owner and their lawns. Each and every time I've had questions or concerns, Jacob has provided his undivided attention, driven out to discuss lawn situations and found answers to my questions. He's unbelievable knowledgeable and a true professional.
Often times today, the customer service ball is dropped, but Jacob has exuded true customer care and has continued to push that down to his team. I appreciate all that Jacob does and he's provided our lawn and family with excellent service and should be recognized for that. He's the reason I'll be renewing services in January! I thought should hear about the gem you have in Mr. Glessing, as I'm sure you're already aware!
