Had one of our A/C units go out on a Sunday. Called and was connected immediately to Kendra who was very helpful setting up a call for Monday morning. Kevin called 30 minutes before arrival which was even earlier than the projected 3 hour window. Very courteous and trustworthy. Bill was less than anticipated and this is the second time I have utilized Sterling and both times have been very satisfied. If you want trustworthy people who know their stuff I highly recommend them
