I had been to this salon three times and every time it was the worst experience. When I visit Vegas I always stay at the Wynn and since the salon is in the same building, that's the only reason why I tried to go to this salon three times. First time my wife went for haircut and the lady cut her hair completely crooked, one part of her hair was an inch longer than other and the haircut took approximately 15 min with wash (she has long hair). Another time I booked an appointment for myself cause I had an important meeting later that day and wanted to look sharp. To my surprise in the morning then I went to salon they said that they don't have me in the system, even though the day before they told me that appointment is booked. Third time my wife had a birthday and wanted to do conditioning treatment followed by blowout and booked appointment. When she got to the salon she was told that she has to pay twice the amount cause her hair is long. The price list doesn't have different prices for hair length and she booked that appointment in person day before, so they saw her hair length already. Was not a pleasant birthday surprise I would say. Overall I would say that salon is unorganized and stylist are not professional at all.
