Let me start by saying this is a beautifully laid out dispensary and in a very nice location. ATMs on site, beverages and other merchandise goods.
Came here with my grandmother, who is a medical patient, to check it out for the first time. Intake was friendly, but when we entered the bud room It was a different story. As a med patient usually you're escorted to the front of the line and introduced as a patient, well not here. We were not greeted or acknowledgment until our number came up, which was 9 minutes after we walked in. We made eye contact and even stood by the showcase and was still ignored. When we finally got called up the short blonde female was rude and didn't want to answer any of our questions, like it was a bother and a hassle to her. She also didn't know a thing about the product, when I asked about the terpene profile she said it had no terpenes in it. I asked to look at the label and she told me I couldn't hold the product and that she would have to rip the tag off if I wanted to see it. After ripping off the tag and giving it to me, I see very clearly that it tested over 3 mg in 4 different terps. When I told her what the profile said, she replied that it must be mislabeled. SERIOUSLY?!?! WORST BUDTENDER EVER!!!!
I ended up just buying a disposable cape pen for my grandma because she needed something asap.
I will never go again and I will definitely not refer my medical cards holder friends here.
