I visited US Patio Furniture on S Decatur to find 2 loveseats, a sofa, a couple of rocking chairs and coffee tables for my balcony off my master bedroom. Nancy is the CEO and she waited on me personally only because she happened to be standing at the front door when I arrived. I was greeted warmly, asked if there was anything she could do for me and after declining she allowed me to observe pretty much the entire inventory without disturbing me. I asked if she had a tape measure and she quickly produced one for me along with a pencil and piece of paper anticipating I might need them. I didn't but appreciated the gesture.
After about 40 minutes, I was ready to speak with a sales representative and he promptly called Nancy to assist me. I told her my requirements, showed her my floor plan and how the furniture might be a bit too large. She graciously advised me that everything she had was in stock at the moment and that I probably saw everything.
In speaking with her I discovered she repairs sling patio chairs and I needed 8 done. She picked them up, repaired them in 3 days a delivered them at the bar of my home the very next day. Awesome service, gracious lady. If you don't have size constraints as I did, you should check this place out for a variety of very reasonably priced furniture. She also carries some units that employ Sunbrella fabric also at very good prices.
I found the quality better than big box and most department stores and the prices were either comparable to those or less. I visited the place twice since and both times were assisted by relatives of Nancy that do not work there. It gave me the sense that this is truly a lovely store headed up by an equally warm-hearted, dedicated, family-oriented lady, Thank you Nancy, I
