I am a regular customer to Arrowhead Harley. I have purchased my second Harley touring bike through them, my latest is a 2015 FLTRXS Road Glide. I continue to purchase extra trim items through their parts dept. along with any needed service. The help I get in the motor clothes and accessories dept. is above par. This store, in comparison to a few others I have visited, is small in comparison but when I walk into this facility, I feel like a part of the "family". I have no issues or complaints with any of the help I have received over the years. But let me tip my hat with a smile to the few exceptional associates that I frequent when I need help;
Dude in sales, George Farmer & Jerry in Parts (these 2 need to be on TV), Jeremy Tan in service and Kathy in motorclothes.
A great organization and plan to continue doing business with them.
