I normally wouldn't review Starbucks as it's consistently overpriced but has good coffee and service. This location is an exception. The service was incredibly rude despite my polite demeanor. The gentlemen making the drinks was polite but didn't know how to make a half decent beverage. I couldn't even finish it because of how poor the consistency and taste was. Additionally, after apologetically asking for water and paying the .25c fee, I was served lukewarm water. Upon asking for ice, I was admonished by the gentleman's coworker who rolled her eyes and reprimanded me for not asking for ice. This post is in reference to the Starbucks located near the metro underground at Concordia University.
