This properly management company, or possibly just the property managers and receptionist employed by it really went above and beyond to make moving into a condo they manage as tedious and difficult as possible. I had to leave 3 voicemails, have 3 conversations and then send countless emails just to get the move in documentation for a condo I purchased. Additionally, the property manager misrepresented rules that are in in place by the condo board, causing additional problems. Real estate transactions are stressful as it is, but this company made it truly miserable. I do not look forward to future interactions.
