I loved the burger with the brioche bun substitute. Locally sourced ingredients and all of that other organic, good for the environment and good for you stuff that today's society idolizes. Hell, even my to-go coffee lid was biodegradable. Lunch was not as good as a previous time I went here and had brunch, but it was still excellent. They were incredibly accommodating with my fiance (allium allergy), and they were able to make her the bibambap (sp) in a custom manner. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Madison! Thanks for reading.
