The only good thing about this office is that there are usually same-day or next-morning appointments with a physicians-assistant if you are having an issue, which saves an ER or Urgent Care visit. But it's really hard to get to see an actual MD in this office, requiring a lot of lead time, making it only helpful for your annual physical. It's even worse when you plan months ahead and then are told that "oh no they scheduled you with the PA", forcing more time away from work and further delays. This office keeps holding my prescriptions hostage; I've been on the same maintenance meds since 2009, but they won't give me an Rx with enough refills for a year between my annual physicals. When my pharmacy calls to refill, the office insists I come in for another ($150) office visit. Also, they double-billed us for an office visit; my wife went for an annual physical (no co-insurance), and then when the doctor said "Is there anything else" and my wife said yes, they billed us and our insurance for a "regular" visit. I'm in the middle of disputing this right now. Even if they fix it, the fact that it happened is worth reporting.
